Why The Serpent Uses Its Stomach To Travel – Writing

Many years ago, even before the mighty egyptian empire the first humans were roaming around the earth. During that time a lot of creatures were very vicious but no animal was as deceptive and tricky as the serpent.

The serpent had arms to claw their way through the jungle, they had the venom to strike the flesh of its enemies, and had the size of 35 blue whales. The whole of civilization feared the serpent and the animal was very sly and had no limit.

The Lord all powerful has heard and seen of his nasty toxic behaviour. One day the serpent killed a whole farm of lamb that was owned by a human.

The Lord heard of this disgusting deed and told his holy angel to come down to earth and deliver the malicious creature before the Lord. The Lord of heaven looked down on the serpent as if he was a tiny little worm then he grabbed the serpent by the neck and said “Cursed you are for the pitiful deeds you have done. On your stomach you shall go on, for your descendants will never have the experience to walk on four legs, for dust you shall eat for the rest of your life and the lives that come before you”.

Ever since that moment the serpent and its descendants never had four legs to walk and ate dust for the rest of eternity. That is why the serpent uses its stomach to travel.

Immersion Assembly – Inquiry – Term 4

Today is the first day of Term 4 the last term of the year. Our theme for this term is Mana Tu’ – Mitey You which means expressing your strength through emotions. Team 5 is learning about how words can trigger someone else’s feelings/emotions. My favourite team topic from the Immersion assembly is Team 1 who are learning about how to be more kind and helpful and they expressed this through superheroes. I will be posting more throughout this last term and don’t forget to leave positive comment on my blog.

Nine Sentence Narrative Story – Writing

Once upon a time, there was a little girl called Cinderella. She went out to the barn then a horse came out of nowhere and trampled all over her. She was badly wounded and had to go to the hospital.

When she arrived at the hospital she had to get surgery because she was trampled very hard. When Cinderella’s mom found out about what happened she went and killed the horse. The horse was thrown out of the barn and was left in the fields with no one to help it. THE END.
